The following is the Swiss army knife of barbecue rubs. It’s savory, sweet, and with a hint of spicy. It works on many meats from chicken, to beef, or pork. Don’t be afraid to even put it on a hearty fish like cod. Use it as a marinade for one to three hours. Or simply, just sprinkle some on before grilling. You’ll love the simplicity of this rub. But even more, you’ll love the complexity of flavor you get in return. Make enough of this rub to store and keep on hand for whatever meat that comes your way. Enjoy your barbecue!
